Better Reads

I’ve been spending most of my energy this week single-parenting while Joe has had a work project that demands days+nights. Thankfully, the end is in sight, I’m finally drinking coffee (at 2:34 pm), and the two younger girls are sleeping. Anyway, since I haven’t actually gotten a post finished, I thought I’d share my favorite things from around the internet this week. Happy weekending!

Blythe wrote some great advice (for moms and dads to read!) about how to postpartum like a boss.

This piece made me laugh out loud… high praise.

I’ve been trying to focus on eating smarter and getting into better shape, and this fitness group got started at the perfect time. Love the daily attainable goals (never will I ever do whole30) and encouragement here.

I’m adding this to the dinner rotation soon.

Speaking of food, I’ve made this blueberry coconut French toast a few times and it’s been a huge hit.

Parents of toddlers will probably appreciate Rosie’s humorous plea for help.

I la-la-loved this post about acknowledging that others can have it hard without trying to one-up them.

I’d love to read your favorites too, so share them in the comments below!
